GOVERNANCE AND STRUCTURE OF LEADERSHIP
The Church of Christ, Legon like all other churches has a future plan to ordain Elders and Deacons. Currently the Church operates on 3 Tiers Governance Structure, Thus
1…Business Committee headed by the Minister/Preacher and has other Leaders from the various Committees ( Meet once every month and on Emergency cases )
2…. All Committees comprising 7 Member Committee ( Meet once every Month and present report to Business Committee
3….General Assembly comprising all and every member of the Church ( Once every Six Months to give Feedback to Leadership and express other concern grievances. Policies and Stakeholder Consultations are taken here with all Members of the Church.
